With detailed descriptions of evidence-based interventions, sample lesson plans, reproducible handouts, and measurement tools for conducting social skills assessments, readers will learn why social competence is important for academic success and how to help students develop and maintain healthy relationships. Readers will acquire the tools and strategies to support students with social skills difficulties, including students who struggle with aggression.
