Positive Action is a systemic program driven by the intuitive philosophy that kids want to learn when they feel good about themselves, and they feel good about themselves when they do positive actions. The Positive Action program seeks to foster in children an intrinsic interest in developing positive, cooperative and healthy habits.

Positive Action is a developmentally-based program, organized into six units per grade level from K to grade 12, with a kit for each grade level that includes scripted lessons, puzzles and games. Supplementary bullying and drug education kits are also available.

Developed in the U.S., this program has been running for over 30 years, and has reached over 5 million children both within the US and internationally. Research conducted by the US Department of Education (2007) has verified that the program results in academic gains and reduced violent behavior. Furthermore, Positive Action is recognized by CASEL as a “SELect” program, and by Blueprints as a “model” program.
