PromotePrevent.org is a website that is part of a global non-profit organization, The Education Development Centre Inc., which designs, delivers and evaluates programs that address world challenges in education, health, and economic development. The goal of this website is to promote safe and healthy schools and communities where children and youth can learn, play, and grow. PromotePrevent.org contains a collection of resources that are designed to inform users such as parents, educators, and community partners on preventing bullying and youth substance abuse, and promote student mental health and social and emotional learning in childhood. Examples of the resources provided include links to tips and tools on supporting students against substance abuse, stories from individuals such as counselors and students, and blogs.
