Just Breathe is a short video created in 2014 by US filmmakers Julie Bayer Salzman & Josh Salzman using interviews with a class of kindergarten children at the Citizens of the World Charter School, in Mar Vista, CA.

Beautifully shot and professionally edited, this engaging video can be used to teach children (and adults) about strong emotions, and using conscious breathing as a strategy to regulate them.
