Just Breathe is a short video created in 2014 by US filmmakers Julie Bayer Salzman & Josh Salzman using interviews with a class of kindergarten children at the Citizens of the World Charter School, in Mar Vista, CA.

Just under four minutes, this video shows these children talking about how it feels in their bodies when they have big feelings, how these emotions affect the brain, and how they use conscious breathing and meditation to help calm down. Beautifully shot and professionally edited, this engaging video can be used to teach children (and adults) about strong emotions, and using conscious breathing as a strategy to regulate them.
