MindShift is a free, downloadable app for iPhone, iPad and android devices that is designed to help teens and young adults learn how to effectively manage worry, stress, and anxious thoughts and feelings. The app includes tools and strategies to address a wide range of concerns including: sleep, riding out intense emotions, perfectionism, social anxiety, performance anxiety, worry, panic, and handling conflict. The app supports users in making a shift in how they deal with anxiety – by learning to face it rather than avoid it.
MindShift was developed through a collaboration of the non-profit organization AnxietyBC, BC Children’s Hospital, an agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority, and RBC Children’s Mental Health Project. It is available for download through the App Store and Google Play.
