My Social and Emotional Learning Foundations (MySELF) book series is designed to promote positive social and emotional skills for children in pre-kindergarten to grade two. There are four grade-appropriate themes in this series: I have feelings, I get along with others, I am in control of myself, and I believe in myself.

In these books filled with engaging illustrations, students learn about relationships and feelings through stories told from the perspectives of relatable children from a diversity of backgrounds. Each book includes tips and ideas to support teachers and parents in introducing these social and emotional learning concepts to children, as well as post-reading questions and real-world connections.
