MoodKit is a low-cost app designed to help users manage symptoms of depression. Through four main features, this app enables users to engage in mood-enhancing activities, identify and change unhealthy thinking, rate and chart mood across time, and use a mood journal in order to promote well-being. There are over 200 different mood improvement activities to choose from.

Developed by an expert team of clinical psychologists, MoodKit is based upon the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), one of the most effective and scientifically-supported methods of treatment for mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.
