Go Noodle is a free online library of fun videos that encourage movement and cultivate mindfulness in students. Developed by GoNoodle Inc. in Nashville in the United States, Go Noodle is designed to engage students in using their bodies to energize, or calm down in a short time. Original videos like Awesome Sauce, or Dynamite get students moving and laughing, and Flow, or Weather the Storm helps them calm down. Each video is short (2-3 minutes) and can be used as a brain break, or during transitions in the school day. Videos are organized into categories of guided dance, stretching, breathing, working out and brain teasers.
