Smiling Mind is a web and app-based program designed to provide children (7 years of age and older), adolescents, and adults the opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation across different settings (e.g., educational and/or professional). Developed by psychologists and educators, this resource offers lessons based on the individual’s developmental age and across different settings that help to develop emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and social awareness skills through the use of mindfulness meditation techniques (e.g., body sensations, breathing and visualization exercises).
